This super unique saison is fermented by a mix of traditional saison yeast and wild Brettanomyces for an earthy, funky flavor on top of the usual notes of peach and lemon. This beer is a blend of different oak aged batches of varying ages - very cool!

Resin IIPA Sixpoint Brewing Company | Brooklyn, New York
This is a go-to DIPA for me, and somehow it has gotten better. All of Sixpoint’s beers are now unfiltered. Resin is now a little more flavorful because of the extra pounds of hops added to the dry hopping. It was very good before, but now it’s out of this world. Pairs well with Pad Thai and hot wings.

Two Hearted Ale IPA Bell’s Brewery | Kalamazoo, Michigan
Say hello to the Homebrewers Guild’s newest best beer in America. Pliny, your run is over. Even better, we can get the best beer in our country right here in Ohio, at Jungle Jim’s. This beer is dry hopped with 100% Centennial hops to give flavors ranging from pine to grapefruit. Two Hearted Ale is perfectly balanced - hoppy up front, with a smooth malty finish. Pairs well with tacos. Recommended by: Ferdinand, Fairfield Located: American Craft
